About School of Logistics and Management (SOLAM)

School of Logistics and Management (SOLAM) is the only logistics training establishment of Bangladesh Navy (BN). SOLAM started its journey as Supply and Secretariat (S&S) School in 1976 under BNS SHAHEED MOAZZEM. Subsequently, it was shifted to BNS TITUMIR in 1978. Considering the increased no of logistics personnel of BN, The S&S School emerged as School of Logistics in Management in Khulna in 2008.

Objectives

To provide modern and effective training to the officers and sailors of logistics branch of Bangladesh Navy.

To assess the existing training curriculum of logistics branch officers and sailors of Bangladesh Navy and ensure its effectiveness in fulfilling the requirement of Bangladesh Navy

To strive for continuous improvement and modernization of the existing training system of logistics branch officers and sailors of Bangladesh Navy.

To enable supply branch officers to acquire advanced knowledge on logistic management, legal aspects and equip with professional excellence
