Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Centre and School also known as EME Centre and School is a premier technical training institute of Bangladesh Army. Located in Saidpur, Nilphamari, this training institution is providing time demanding technical training to all ranks and recruits since its inception in 1977. It is affiliated with Bangladesh Technical Education Board for Diploma in Engineering and Bangladesh University of Professionals for Masters of Science.

Graduate Officers’ Equipment Course
To train graduate engineers of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Corps on all electrical, electronics and vehicle/mechanical equipment used in Bangladesh Army.

Officers’ Basic Course (OBC)
To train EME officers about technical administration and basic technical knowledge on various equipment available in Bangladesh Army with a view to making them competent on the professional activities of the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
